应用

CPU 412-1满足中等控制规模的解决方案。 可用于具有少量I/O配置的较小型系统中。具有组合的MPI/DP接口，可在PROFIBUS DP网络中运行。

CPU 412-2 适用于中等性能范围的应用，它具有两个PROFIBUS DP主站系统。

CPU 412-1 和 CPU 412-2 的特点:

The CP 342-5 communications processor is the communicationsmodule of the SIMATIC S7-300 for the PROFIBUS DP bus system.

The CP 342-5 relieves the CPU from communication tasks.

The CP342-5 also offers the SYNC/FREEZE and sharedinput/output functions, as well as the activation/deactivation ofDP slaves.

PROFIBUSDPslave

The CP342-5 as a DP-V0 slave permits the SIMATIC S7-300 toexchange data with other PROFIBUS DP masters. which allows a hybridsetup between SIMATIC S5/S7, PCs, ET200 and other fielddevices to PROFIBUSDP. Function calls are required for the DPcommunication. These (DP-SEND/DP-RECV) must be integrated in theSTEP7 user program.

PG/OP communication allows all S7 stations connected to thenetwork to be remotely programmed.

S7 routing
With the aid of S7 routing it is possible to use programming devicecommunication across networks.
Via the CP342-5 as many as 16 TD/OPs can be merged into oneS7-300 station. This requires only one connection resource in theS7-CPU (multiplex channel). The multiplex channel supports theacyclic HMI services.

Based on Layer 2 (FDL) of PROFIBUS, the CP 342-5 offers asimple, optimized interface for process or field communication.

This interface offers integrated, high-performance communicationbetween SIMATIC S5, SIMATICS7, SIMATIC505 and PC.SEND/RECEIVE provides not only the SDA service (PLC/PLCconnections) but also the SDN service (broadcast, multicast).
